[MITgcm-devel] obcs_add_tides.F

Hi, today or tomorrow, I would like to check in a routine called
obcs_add_tides.F and a few accompanying hooks for specifying regional
domain obcs tidal transports based on harmonic amplitudes, periods, and phases.
Verification experiment would be added to seaice_obcs.

Let me know if this is a bad time to check in and I need to wait.
