Martin, I don't think this gets tested by testreport. I thought that testreport does everything with IEEE and no optimization flags.

Also Jean-Michel agreed to your suggestion of changing loop order, so only gmredi_calc_psi_bvp.F should be needed in NOOPTFILES.
