Hi Dimitris,

I think I will do both at the same time, i.e., renaming the 2 SIsal*
and taking care of SEAICE_mcPheePiston default, since they involve
changing mostly the same set of files.

Did not get answer from Gael to my question regarding setting of params 
in seaice_check.F (at least no email), but might also move these setting 
to seaice_init_fixed.F & seaice_readparms.F.

Will check-in this tomorrow.
