[MITgcm-devel] 2nd set of calls in initialise_varia.F

Hi Jean-Michel,

I've test all three cases, with some small changes all work
(I tested all with removing suggested calls in initialise_varia.F,
so seems fine to remove those).

Remaining issue is that we can't get same results when running
bottom_ctrl with #define NONLIN_FRSURF (and keeping nonlinFreeSurf=0)
or instead with #undef NONLIN_FRSURF
