Hi, 

I noticed that subroutine CALC_BUOYANCY is never called, so I am going to remove it.
Also, subroutine STATE1 (in pkg/opps/opps_calc.F) is not called either.
Martin, can I remove it also ?

And was going to start to pass sigmR as argument to few vertical mixing scheme
in order to save multiple computation of density. 
Probably starting with ggl90. Any objection ?
