[MITgcm-devel] calendar dumps and stats

Hi Jean-Michel,

if you want we can first test it on our simulations and then add it, but I think it's so simple (just another two #ifdef ALLOW_CAL .... #endif), that it can just be added, and please go ahead and do it.
