[MITgcm-devel] Recent changes in pkg/ctrl

Patrick,

I am going to make a quick hack in ctrl_dummy.h (hard coding the 
number 3) and pass again the AD test on acesgrid.

We can talk on Monday how to put a real fix (unless you already
have a good plan for this).
