[MITgcm-devel] Recent changes in pkg/ctrl

Hi Patrick,

It looks like there is a problem in the changes you made in pkg/ctrl.
Across all platforms, several experiments (1D_ocean_ice_column,
 lab_sea, obcs_ctrl, offline_exf_seaice) fail to compile
with error coming from variables maxCtrlArr2D & maxCtrlArr3D
beeing not defined in ctrl_dummy.h (common /ctrl_dummy_arr/).
(not completely clear to me since the error is coming from TAF).

I think this is also the reason why the OpenAD tests that Jean is
running overnight failed.
