[MITgcm-devel] pkg/seaice OCEAN_drag in B-grid code

Hi Martin,

I looked to where OCEAN_drag is used in pkg/seaice: 
In the C-grid code, assuming winds are provided, OCEAN_drag is
used only when SEAICE_EXTERNAL_FLUXES is undef (which make sense
to me, otherwise, EXF compute the wind-stress over open water).
But in the B-grid code, in dynsolver.F after line 135
> C now ice surface stress
it looks like OCEAN_drag has some effect on the wind-stress 
over seaice (since it's area weighted). Is it intentional ?
