[MITgcm-devel] extended pkg/rbcs

Hi there,

Roberta Sciascia has extended the rbcs package to enable 
a number U/V/WnLEN of rbcs to be defined which have their
independent masks, relaxation fields, and periods:
MITgcm_contrib/sciascia/rbcs/

This should be quite useful for some applications.
The default hasn't changed, so no changes to 
current run-time parameters are needed.
testreport -t exp4
ran ok.
Roberta is also currently working on an extended test setup.

Please take a look.
If OK it would be great to move this code to the main branch asap
(it's currently up-to-date).
