[MITgcm-devel] Recent changes in pkg/ctrl

Hi Jean-Michel,  Patrick,

just tried to call you but no luck.   so it seems the "hack" is still there and breaks
the current OpenAD build because   A  I have to reorder  ctrl and ctrl_dummy because
the former is now dependent on the latter and B for the version where we turn the common blocks
into modules there should now be a
"use ctrl"
inside    "module  ctrl_dummy"   IOW - to follow the previously adhered to design there should
be a
#include  "ctrl.h"
inside of   "ctrl_dummy.h"
So - please let me know  what the proper solution to this is supposed to be  and when it will be put in place.
