Jean-Michel, I have not used linux_ia64_efc+mpi_altix in a very long time.
efc is the old name for ifort for Itanium architecture
I forget why the specific LIBS/INCLUDES/INCLUDEDIRS
were needed, but certainly the mpt version is quite out of date
and this build option file is made obsolete by linux_ia64_ifort+mpi_altix_nas
So I suggest that you move linux_ia64_efc+mpi_altix to unsupported.
