Hi Martin,

I am going to simplify the OBCS-Stevens example you added to exp4:
-switch off ptracers;
-switch off nonHydrostatic;
Since OBCS-Stevens are not implemented for pTracers, I prefer
not to have them here (like in the other test-exp "exp4.nlfs").
And regarding NH, it's not very clear to me why the current
set-up does not pass the restart test, but it does once I turn
off NH.
And we could always switch back to NH when this restart issue is fixed.
