[MITgcm-devel] to fix before the tag

I noticed some strange diagnostics which appear after the changes on 02/23:
from lab_sea/run/available_diagnostics.log:

Looks like the description is missing. 

I would prefer this to be fixed before the tag (even with a stupid title), 
because like this, users might think that something is not working as
expected with pkg/diagnostics.

Right now, there are more than 700 diagnostics in MITgcm (much more 
with many ptracers), all have a short description (title), 
except those 10.
