Hi Martin,
there are replacements. If you tried to diagnoze SIthdgrh and SIsnwice,
then diagnostics_list_check.F has printed the basic info in STDERR.0000.
The two diags you are mentioning were retired after Ian, and then I,
extended the list of diags. Now you would output the individual
growth/melt/flooding terms as SIdHbOCN, SIdHbATC, SIdHbATO and
SIdHbFLO (see available_diagnostics.log), and get the old diags as:
SIthdgrh=(SIdHbOCN, SIdHbATC, SIdHbATO)/SEAICE_deltaTtherm;
SIsnwice= SIdHbFLO/SEAICE_deltaTtherm;
I followed Ian's choice to output increments rather than rates.
Along the same line, diags were also added for HSNOW & AREA.
