[MITgcm-devel] SEAICEuseEVP and SEAICE_deltaTevp

Hi Martin,
If setting the time step automatically is hard,
would it make sense to at least have run stop if you set
SEAICEuseEVP=.TRUE. and don't
set deltatEVP - with a message saying you need to set a deltatEVP and
read the seance papers to
figure out what to set it to.
