[MITgcm-devel] Error in submeso_calc_psi_cb2m.f90 (OpenAD)

Hi Jean,

The OpenAD tests are giving a compilation error in submeso_calc_psi_cb2m.f90
which comes from the new subroutine I checked-in yesterday: 
pkg/gmredi/submeso_calc_psi.F

I did not disable this piece of code (as I did for the adjoint
experiments that use TAF), since I saw that GM_BOLUS_ADVEC is #defined 
in OpenAD/code_oad/GMREDI_OPTIONS.h

If you have time to look at this problem, let me know, otherwise
I can certainly make the same changes in OpenAD/code_oad/GMREDI_OPTIONS.h
as I did in OpenAD/code_ad/GMREDI_OPTIONS.h
(=> disable GM_BOLUS_ADVEC and activate GM_EXCLUDE_SUBMESO )
