[MITgcm-devel] testreport with mpi

Hi,

I am going to make some changes in testreport,
to allow to test MPI with different number of 
processors according to each experiment.

Martin, I don't know how this will interact with our
multiple qsub/jobs script. Might need to fix it afterward.
Not related, testreport no longer test for "NORMAL END" 
in file "run.tr_log" (I remember you had to put a fake 
"NORMAL END" for testreport to work).
