Hi,

following the discussion off-line it stimulates my curiosity given that 
you are talking about ptracers and sea-ice.

If you do that for prtracers can this be also a starting point to have
later biogeochemical tracers such as nutrients that can be stored in the 
ice when sea-ice forms and reseased when they melt ?
