Jean-Michel,

Madeline and I would like to make us of DWNSLP_CALC_RHO
for the mypackage/bbl code.

Would it be possible to move DWNSLP_CALC_RHO to model/src?
This routine is never called within pkg/down_slope

We would like to use this routine to compute rhoInSitu in
do_oceanic_phys when mypackage/bbl code is enabled,
same as you have done for down_slope
