[MITgcm-devel] Normal mitgcm.org service resuming

Hi David,

This is a beagle - csail connection problem that has been around 
for many weeks, and is unrelated to mitgcm.org story.
It's all what I know, but others (Greg, Chris, Oliver ...) 
will have more informations about this.
