[MITgcm-devel] obcs + seaice

Hi Martin,

Can this be put into a separated subroutine (and file) ?
something like obcs_seaice_calc.F ?
Personally, I still think that this obcs-seaice code would 
be better in pkg/seaice, but for now, can leave it in pkg/obcs.
