[MITgcm-devel] Problems with yesterday changes

Hi Patrick and Martin,

There are many (10) adjoint tests that fail after the changes
checked-in yesterday.

for instance, hs94.1x64x5 stop with this error msg:
STOP ABNORMAL END: S/R MDSREADFIELD_GL
 MDSREADFIELD_GL: filename: hnxx_tr1.0000000000.001.001.data
 MDSREADFIELD_GL: File does not exist

I suspect that its related to Patrick's modifications
but I am not sure. It would be good to fix this problem.
