[MITgcm-devel] equation numbering in manual

Hi there,

it was pointed out to me that the html manual screws up the equation numbering: starting in the seaice description the equation numbers are one counter too low. Referencing still uses the correct numbers, so that, e.g. eq 6.65 (should be 6.66) is referenced as 6.66 in the text.
This problem does not appear in the pdf version of the manual, so I suspect a problem with latex2html (or some small error in the latex code that only shows up in the html). 
Any idea what could be going wrong and how to fix it?
