[MITgcm-devel] switching to gfortran as ref compiler

Hi,

Going to switch to gfortran (instead of g77) for the "reference"
compiler (the one we used to generate all the */results/output.txt 
on faulks). We should get forward (started yesterday) and AD (tomorrow)
testreport running on faulks. 
Will keep a (non MPI) g77 AD testreport on aces.

I would like to make a checkpoint (62g) before updating the set
of output.txt that are different enough that they will not pass
the default 13 digits matching.

And later on, will change the ordering of the default compiler list 
in genmake2 to search for gfortran before g77.
