[MITgcm-devel] moving dir at root level

Hi Chris,

I move few old stuff from orwell:/export/export-9/gcmpack:
 misc/
 models/
 packages/
 preprocess/   (<- not yet, don't have the permission)
to a new directory: 
 old_develop/
and did this directly from /export/export-9/gcmpack
 (without going through cvs) so that we keep the cvs history 
(but location has changed).

I moved also:
 CS-regrid/
 tmp/
to 
 development/cheisey/
(since it's stuff that he checked-in 7 years ago, with no modif since)
and change the name CS-regrid -> CS-regrid-root
(since there is already a CS-regrid dir in development/cheisey/

I remove also mitgcmdoc (sym link) and would like to get rid of 
gcmpack/gcmpack (an old copy from 2006-11-24) at least as a dir
(may be we can keep it just as a tar file ? this way it does not
appear on the viewvc webb page).

I think it's easier this way to find the relevant pieces,
but if there is a problem, I can change it back.
