Hi Hong,

I think you did not register this email address: "hong.zhang at ucla.edu"
to the mitgcm-cvs list, and it's the reason why it did not go through.

But regarding useNEST_CHILD & useNEST_PARENT, I think they are
correctly initialised in eeset_parms.F
(but have to admit that those 2 pkgs are not yet checked-in in the main
repo and are missing from packages_check.F)
