[MITgcm-devel] AD test and ../input dir

Hi,

For AD testing, I am going to remove (in testreport) the link of all
files from "../input" dir (done after ../input_ad if standard test
and after ../input_ad.{extra_test} & ../input_ad if it's an extra-test).

The main reason is that now that we have AD extra-test (e.g., in lab_sea),
I found it could be confusing to have 3 dirs to link files from.
And already in few AD-test experiment, we have a "prepare_run"
script to link files from "../input" if needed.
I would then add such prepare_run script in few places where
it's needed.

Objections ? Comments ?
