Martin,
I just checked out a clean copy from CVS
and reran lab_sea testreport on faulks:
(i.e. it uses ../../../tools/genmake2  "-ds" "-m" "make" "--mods=../ 
code_ad" "-ieee" )

Are you sure you've checked in all your changes?
