Hi Martin and Jean-Michel,

could you double check that I didn't make any blunder
in changing the initialisations.
I tried to clean them a bit;
seaiceMaskU/V were initialised four times
(twice in _init_fixed, twice in _init_varia),
a bit confusing.
Since it's generally time-dependent, I removed all init's
from _init_fixed, and cleaned _init_varia.
We can live without what I introduced yesterday in seaice_model.
Hope it's ok now.
