Matt, I had a quick look.

Unfortunately in the original code the component heat flux terms are  
buried
in seaice_budget_*.F and it would take a bit of work to extract  
properly.

If these terms are important for you, you might want to take a look at  
Ian's
code in seaice_budget_*_if.F
