[MITgcm-devel] Download the most recent checkpoint as a "tar" file.

Hi Dimitris,

The daily snap-shots tar file is up-to date, but the "checkpoint" one
is not. 
The one which is there is not from 2004 but from Jan 12, 2006.
I've just put a more recent tar file corresponding to the latest tag 
(checkpoint61s).
And I am going to move checkpoint58 tar file to 
"other-checkpoints" dir.
