[MITgcm-devel] rename thetaMin and phiMin

Hi,

I am going to rename "thetaMin" & "phiMin" parameters:

I would like to add the option to specify a minimum value
for each tracer (it could be thetaMin & saltMin) so that
some advection scheme could be made positive relative to this
minimum (for example, prather 81 advection scheme).
Then the present "thetaMin" parameter will become even more confusing.
phiMin is not much better since we also have plenty of PHI
in the code (for pressure/geopotential), so better to change it
also.

I propose "xgOrigin" & "ygOrigin" to replace "thetaMin" & "phiMin".
Does this sound good ?
