Hi Patrick,

I added seaice sst costs to SOSE.  In doing so I had to add the  
routine cost_seaice_sst.F

So in pkg/ecco/ecco_ad_diff.list  I added the line cost_seaice_sst.f

Upon compilation, however, I got the TAF error:


TAF ERROR    Code of subroutine  cost_seaice_sst not seen and no flow  
information set,
TAF ERROR    assuming all arguments are input and output


So, what did I forget to do?  How do I set the flow information?
