[MITgcm-devel] seaice-sst cost

Hi again,
it's all there (I think), at least for the case
when you don't want to go through the seaice adjoint code
(which is the purpose of what I put in cvs).
See block in cost_hyd.F between
#ifdef ALLOW_SEAICE_COST_SMR_AREA
# ifdef ALLOW_SEAICE_COST_AREASST
