[MITgcm-devel] _RL parameter

Hi there,
putting _d in PARAMETER statements (as opposed elsewhere in code)
is not compatible with TAMC.
However, at least I haven't tested TAMC compatibility in
two years now, and am not sure it still is for other reasons.
We'd have to take a decision whether we want it officially "dead"
with respect to TAMC.
