[MITgcm-devel] seaice_lsr.F bug in GLOBAL_MAX calls

Dimitris,

it's not only multi-threaded runs, but more generally
multi-tiles per proc/node. But if you use MPI with only 1 tile
per cpu, it will not change anything.
