Hi Jean-Michel,
you can remove "model", as this machine is dead.
rays1 + edvir1: in both cases the build of mpack failed. I am looking
into that, but I can't find the problem.
On rays1 (SunOS) I can build mpack "by hand" without any problems, I
don't see why it failed (unfortunately I remove everything after
testreport, because I have only little space on that machine). I am
reruning ./testreport to find out (maybe).
On edvir1 (P4-p690 with xlf), the compiler chokes on the first file,
here's the tr_build_mpack.out file, maybe you can make something of
that:

I don't seem to have getopt.h on the system:

I have no idea, what's that supposed to mean.
