[MITgcm-devel] DIVA issue with new code?

Very first thing to check is
call adthe_main_loop (from the_model_main)
vs. the actual
subroutine adthe_main_loop in ad_taf_output.f

Second thing, are you using all new hand-written adjoint routines
as recently checked in,
plus all recently checked-in files in adjoint_options/
(one TAF argument has changed, no longer using -nonew_arg)
