Hi Patrick,
Since you made these changes, the adjoint is broken on my laptop
(Mac). It has to do with the ".flow to .FLOW" trick. The 2 extensions
are mixed up and all the .flow files end up empty (it compiles and runs,
but the result is somewhat disappointing).
If I replace all the .FLOW by a .TOTO in genmake2, everything
works fine again.
Would you be OK if I change the temporary extension .FLOW into something
else ?

PS: Might be worth putting the .FLOW (or any new one) in the .cvsignore
of the adjoint experiments.
