[MITgcm-devel] diagstats_mnc_out

Hi Martin,

I remember checking few things when Ed coded the 1rst version of 
diagstats_mnc_out.F, see:
http://forge.csail.mit.edu/pipermail/mitgcm-devel/2005-July/001533.html
but this was probably without different regions.

I though I tried also with several regions, and don't remember
running into this problem (if I remember well, the problem I had 
was that all the regions and not only the selected ones were written
in the mnc file).
I will re-do the test and will tell you what I find.
