JM, I have updated verification/seaice_obcs as requested.  I am computing new 
output.txt files on forge, which will be checked in shortly.  Sorry it took so 
long.  Michael and I were fiddling about the seaice obcs formulation and I 
wanted to avoid multiple check-ins of output.txt's.
