[MITgcm-devel] seaice-sst cost

Hello,

Nevermind on seaice_cost_areasst, I made my own.

And I'll fill you in on the good news.  I ran 2 years stable with the  
seaice.  I had lots of guidance from Ian and JMC.  Thanks Ian and  
JMC!  I made several changes to get here...and a few of them I'm  
going to try changing back.  So when I finally get a stable set-up  
that I am happy with I will tell everyone what it looks like.
