[MITgcm-devel] cyrus makedepend

Hi,

I was testing the locally built makedepend
(in MITgcm/tools/cyrus-imapd-makedepend )
to overcome the too many files Pb with lab_sea AD test.

>From what I see, looks like some dependencies are missing:
I tried on global_ocean.cs32x15 test exp., and 
e.g., for thsice_extend.f, only get those dependencies 
> thsice_extend.f: THSICE_OPTIONS.h PACKAGES_CONFIG.h EEPARAMS.h THSICE_SIZE.h
> thsice_extend.f: THSICE_PARAMS.h
whereas using the default makedepend, I get the full list of 
dependencies:
> thsice_extend.f: THSICE_OPTIONS.h PACKAGES_CONFIG.h CPP_OPTIONS.h
> thsice_extend.f: CPP_EEOPTIONS.h CPP_EEMACROS.h EEPARAMS.h THSICE_SIZE.h
> thsice_extend.f: THSICE_PARAMS.h THSICE_DEBUG.h

And in both cases, the dependency list is empty:
> THSICE_OPTIONS.h:

Do other users have the same Pb or did I missed something in
the building of the cyrus makedepend ?
