Jean-Michel, what you suggest is basically to change the landmask, hFacC, etc., 
so that it is consistent with the landmask used by pkg/obcs.  This would 
certainly fix the spurious sea-ice freezing problem and I think that it would 
also take care of the tracer blow-up problem.

Martin do you agree?
