[MITgcm-devel] dic pkg cleaning

Hi, 

It seems that now tutorial_global_oce_biogeo
is passing the multi-threaded test, not only for 
the dynamics but also for the 5 ptracers (never did before).

It also pass the restart test (since pickup_dic has
been added), but I am little bit concerned with those lines
in dic_biotic_forcing.F :
>         IF(myIter .lt. (nIter0+5) .or.
>     &               mod(myIter,nCALCITEstep) .eq. 0)THEN
>           CALL CALCITE_SATURATION(PTR_DIC, PTR_ALK, PTR_PO4,

>        ENDIF
which could fail a 20+20=40 test (with #ifdef CAR_DISS)
but not a 2+2=4.
May be worth to add a run-time parameter there.
