Hi Patrick,

I don't think those changes would be better
in seaice_init_fixed.F ?

Anyway, since those changes, all the aces-tuv test
which use pkg/seaice are failling:
 global_ocean.cs32x15.icedyn , lab_sea (4), 
 offline_exf_seaice.seaicetd and seaice_obcs
And am going to fix this now.
