[MITgcm-devel] config summary & check calls

Hi,

I am going to change the order of 2 S/R calls in initialise_fixed.F
to move packages_check & config_check calls 
just after config_summary call; 
So that if it stops in packages_check or config_check because of
some wrong parameter values, it leaves a chance to have
those parameters printed out (from config_summary).
Any objection to this ?
