[MITgcm-devel] seaice obcs memo

Patrick and Jean-Michel, given that Greece has qualified, I am planning to set 
aside item 1. below, at least until Greece is eliminated, until Beckham plays a 
full game for LA Galaxy, or until ptracers obcs are modified, whichever comes 
latest.

One issue to consider before moving code is that seaice-obcs pickups are more 
naturally done by obcs_checkpoint.F rather than by seaice_pickup.F, especially 
with JM's new super-dooper restart scheme, since the obcs seaice pickup fields 
match the size of obcs pickup variables rather than that of seaice pickup 
variables.  D.
