[MITgcm-devel] open boundaries for sea ice

Hi, 

The AD testing seems in a bad shame (presently running on faulks
but it's taking for ever):
OpenAD results have changed (fail @ 11)
bottom_ctrl_5x5 is taking > 100 more time.
will kill this one to move forward.
